Words of recognition about Mister Andre Houle.

My wife and I (Hector H. Arana) met Andre around 11 years ago.  He was referred to us by a colleague and her husband.  Mr. Houle also work for them in his field expertise as Mortgage Associate Broker and they were very pleased with his services.

At that time we were looking for a mortgage Associate Broker to obtain a mortgage so that we could by a house.  As an aftermath, we went to meet him to his office and talked about our goal and other matters.

Afterwards, we met with Mr. Houle and since the beginning my wife and I realized that Mr. Houle was a gentleman who had a lot of knowledge about his profession and related areas to his field.  Nonetheless, in addition to his knowledge and abilities for doing an excellent job we also could observed that he was an honest, open, fair, empathic and understanding citizen.

Before we met him, in the past, we met a couple of mortgage broker; notwithstanding, they knew their jobs, they did not know some other tips and plans to other related areas in comparison to Mr. Houle.

We did not have to keep looking for more people to work about and we decided in that very moment that he was going to be our best choice.

So far, we have been keeping working with him about related mortgage activities and he is still the same gentleman that we met 11 years ago, as a plus, he not only has increased his area of expertise but also his moral and ethic foundations are stronger than ever.  Those are the reasons because we have referred him to other relatives and friends and the ones who have worked with him are also quite please with his services.

Therefore, I adamantly state that if anyone is looking for a person who have these two essential virtuosity aspects (Knowledge and Ethics) is Mister Andre Houle the gentleman that you have to contact with.
