My wife and I have taken new mortgages or renewed our mortgage a number of times over the last 20 years.  Our most recent experience with Andre and Houle Mortgages was the best mortgage experience we have ever had.  From finding the right lender through to final sign off, Andre did most of the work and only came to us when he needed a signature or a decision.

Andre’s communications with our Realtor and Lender was fast and helped us move quickly (from the time we submitted an offer to possession was under two weeks).  Without Andre’s support that timeline would not have been possible.

Thank you for all your help and support with the re-mortgaging of our house. Without your advice we wouldn’t have even looked at re-mortgaging before the end of our fixed term, and you were not only able to obtain a lower interest rate for us and the fixed term we were after within the confines of the pandemic, but you were also able to obtain an even lower interest rate for our new mortgage during the finalization process, saving us even more money in the long run.
